Are you available on my wedding date?
This is an obvious question you need to ask. During the busy season good photo booth companies tend to book up on the weekends, so booking early is recommended.
What’s included in your packages and what are the different costs?
When this question is asked the company you choose should have a one- sheet with easy pricing and no hidden fees. How many hours is a typical rental?
When you book a photo booth company you want a straightforward answer on how many hours they will be there. Also, if the setup and tear down is included in those hours.
Will there be an attendant present for my event?
At SnapShot AZ we highly recommend you have an attendant at each event. However, for some smaller parties, our clients sometimes choose not to do so. Some photo booth companies will host a large party with no attendant. That is a mistake waiting to happen. With so many moving parts and pieces, it is always good to have someone there operating the camera and directing traffic, so everything goes off without a hitch.
Do you provide props or should we buy our own?
Since we do this full-time, we provide props for our guests. However, for some photo booth companies you have to provide your own props and it is important to know this if you are entering a contract with a company.
Can I see some examples of how the photos will look?
This is the most important question to ask and all too often it gets forgotten. Not every photo booth company takes great quality pictures and it would be a shame to go through the effort of hiring someone only to get horrible pictures as a result.
